On November 23, 2018, the seminar "The Court and Mediation: Opportunities and Prospects" organized by the National School of Judges of Ukraine in conjunction with the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation for judges of local and appellate courts of Chernihiv region was held in the premises of the Chernihiv region Appeal Court. This event was carried out with the assistance of the USAID Ukraine-USAID Agency for International Development under the New Justice Program. New acquaintances, new impressions, court team hospitality. In cooperation with his colleague Olga Turak, a judge of the Tury District Court of the Volyn Oblast and a mediator, the seminar was held fast and fruitful.
