Following the invitation by the Institute of peace and conciliation in cooperation with GIZ Ukraine, Ms. Tetiana BILYK, Ms. Olga SIMOKHODSKA, Ms. Anna ZUBACHOVA and Ms. Yulia REPINA participated in the Project of Qualification Improvement for Family Conflict Officers of the Family, Children and Youth Social Service Centre in the City of Kharkiv. It was a great pleasure to see the sincere concern in family mediation and the eagerness to implement the acquired skills of a mediator in daily practices.
