Professional experience:
Perennial experience acting as the Head of HR Service in the verity of companies with very different teams. Working with people, I understand that it is very difficult to solve the problem, being "inside of the problem": interfere with emotions, insults, bias, and sometimes disbelief in humanity and own forces. Mediation provides an opportunity to resolve the conflict and find an effective solution, maintaining mutual respect, restoring normal relations and moving forward.
Personal achievements:
Each
mediation in which I participated helped the parties better understand their
needs, understand their feelings and emotions look at their problem from the
other side and understand that conflict is not all their life, but only an
important task they can solve.
