Author and trainer of family mediation training in Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan for mediators of the Sezym Crisis Center and the "Republican Community of Mediators of Kyrgyzstan". Project "From Professionalization to Institutional Development of Family Mediation in Kyrgyzstan" with CC "Sezym" and the US Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.

Head of the project "Sustainable regional development of family mediation in Ukraine in cooperation with social services for children to ensure access to justice and respect for children's rights", which was implemented with the support of the American people through the USAID International Development Agency and the "New Justice" program.

Scientific consultant of the Working Group on the development of standards for training the basics of family mediation and member of the Working Group on the development of national standards for the basic training of mediators.

Author and trainer in the project "Improving the qualifications of the staff of the Central Committee on Family Conflicts" in the eastern regions of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk and Donetsk regions) within the framework of cooperation between the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Institute for Peace and Understanding ( IMIP).

In 2013 was awarded a special award and recognized as the winner of the Contest of Professional Practices for the Prevention and Regulation of Disputes and Conflicts in the nomination "For Popularization and Promotion of the Institute of Mediation" III International Forum "Mediation and Corporate Social Responsibility", Kazakhstan, Temirtau.   

Personal achievements:

More than ten years of work with family conflicts, more than 200 successful family mediations. Cooperation with orphanages and foster families. Creation and management of a social project in cooperation with the Children's Services for the provision of family mediation social services. Study of the impact of divorce processes, family conflicts on children, author of the scientific research "A child's view of parental divorce".
